9-5-09 ELMWOOD,  SOUTH NEW JERSEY AREA

I was driving alone from Ocean City, NJ heading west on the Atlantic City Expressway towards Philadelphia and was about 5 miles west of the Egg Harbor Toll Plaza. It was about 10:40 on the morning of Saturday, September 5 and it was a beautiful sunny day with a mostly cloudless clear blue sky. At about a 45 degree angle in the sky directly in front of me (looking west) I observed a small, flat-white object, shaped like a little tophat, appear out of nowhere in the sky. It descended in an erractic flight pattern for a couple of seconds then disappeared. A couple seconds later, it reappeared as before, descended in the sky in the same erractic manner for a couple seconds, then disappeared for good. I watched the local news that evening to see if there was any coverage of strange UFO-like sightings, but there was none. I tried to contact the astronomer at the Franklin Institute to discuss with him, but couldn’t find a listing of his email address. I told my wife of this event and she later happened upon your website from something she had seen in the paper about an upcoming convention. What did I think the object was when I first noticed it? I don’t know, but I sure couldn’t identify it. I had seen something like this about 40 years ago when I was about 13 or 14.

This case was investigated by our N.J. MUFON investigator Joe Di Eduardo.  Object was classified as an unknown.

7-12-10 HOBOKEN NEW JERSEY

I saw two Ufo’s in the space of a few hours. The first I saw from my window looking west towards NYC.  I saw a Bright light moving west towards Manhattan. It was moving slowly and was like a bright star.  I looked at it through binoculars and there were no flashing or red lights on it.  I saw it for about 20 seconds then I lost view due to a tree outside my window.  I always see planes going by my window and the NEVER fly in the direction it was going. Also there were two other planes flying at the same time, you could see the red flashing lights on them. That was at 21.44pm on July 11th. The second was at 1.43am on the 12th July.  I was outside having a smoke looking at a clear sky and  I saw a bright light fly through the sky at low altitude towards Jersey city heights. It was to low to be a shooting star and looked like a missile fly trough the sky.   It only lasted a second. got goose bumps when I saw it.  There was no sound from it and reminded me of a meteorite but was way to low. Going back out to see if I can see anything else and I will keep you updated. Thanks

7-12-10 POINT PLEASANT NEW JERSEY
Since 3 nights ago when with my family, objects that resemble normal stars have moved from East to West with great speed in zig-zag patterns that do not resemble those of orbital satellites. Tonight and the previous night (July 11th), I was compelled to observe what I saw and dismiss the objects which I had seen. Astonished, I observed several star-like objects move in ways that are unexplainable these past few days all of them moving erratically but moving east to west generally.  I first noticed these objects when I was staring at the sky and noticed movement.  I first thought the object was a satellite or perhaps even the ISS but then the object began moving in a fashion unlike anything I have ever seen.  (12th) After star-gazing, when movement was first detected, the Star like object was moving steadily from east to west but darted to the left of my field of vision and then to the center several times before disappearing well before reaching my observable horizon.  I felt confusion and Amazement.
