9-5-09 ELMWOOD,  SOUTH NEW JERSEY AREA

I was driving alone from Ocean City, NJ heading west on the Atlantic City Expressway towards Philadelphia and was about 5 miles west of the Egg Harbor Toll Plaza. It was about 10:40 on the morning of Saturday, September 5 and it was a beautiful sunny day with a mostly cloudless clear blue sky. At about a 45 degree angle in the sky directly in front of me (looking west) I observed a small, flat-white object, shaped like a little tophat, appear out of nowhere in the sky. It descended in an erractic flight pattern for a couple of seconds then disappeared. A couple seconds later, it reappeared as before, descended in the sky in the same erractic manner for a couple seconds, then disappeared for good. I watched the local news that evening to see if there was any coverage of strange UFO-like sightings, but there was none. I tried to contact the astronomer at the Franklin Institute to discuss with him, but couldn’t find a listing of his email address. I told my wife of this event and she later happened upon your website from something she had seen in the paper about an upcoming convention. What did I think the object was when I first noticed it? I don’t know, but I sure couldn’t identify it. I had seen something like this about 40 years ago when I was about 13 or 14.

This case was investigated by our N.J. MUFON investigator Joe Di Eduardo.  Object was classified as an unknown.

5-16-10  CHESTER PENNSYLVANIA

I walked out of my apartment  with my dogs and looked up as a plane was taking off from Philadelphia International.    A triangular craft was  higher than the plane  but lower than the clouds and moving at very high rate of speed .  It flew into Philadelphia Airport air space but not in normal flight pattern .  It came from the west going east.   It left my sight because it flew to far away  but it was a bluish triangular shape and had no wings.    This is the 3rd UFO I ever saw but this is the first time I reported it.  I  thought it was cool . It flew in a straight pattern West to East .  I continued to walk my dogs then I came inside looked up UFO’s on my ps3.   NOTE: Case is under investigation by MUFON P.A

8-8-09 HIGHLANDS NEW JERSEY

I had a daylight sighting of a UFO on August 8th, while at the Sandy Hook Beach, the witness stated.  I decided to take a quick dip in the ocean and was checking out the sky at around 4.30 p.m.  I then noticed a small dark object behind a plane at aproximately 8000 feet.  The object was about the size of a pea at arms length and was moving erratically.  At first I thought it was a large bird but them the object hovered in a wobbly fashion.  It then moved very quickly South and stopped on a dime.  It hovered for a few seconds and then shot North by a few hundred feet and stopped on a dime again.  Then it accelerated and flew downwards and then back up in a ” U ” shaped flight pattern and just shot off and disappeared.   Ken Pfeifer  MUFON N.J.   www.worldufophotos.org   www.nationalufocenter.com   www.ufofiler.com    www.ufoweek.com
